Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial, industrial, and self-storage projects. The Superintendent will manage all aspects of field executionsafety, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, and client relationsensuring successful delivery of ground-up and tilt-wall construction projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities for commercial, industrial, self-storage, and ground-up projects, including tilt-wall operations.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and craft labor to maintain schedule and quality standards.

Enforce safety policies and OSHA-compliant practices, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a proactive safety culture.

Review plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs; ensure work complies with contract documents and quality requirements.

Develop and maintain daily logs, progress reports, punch lists, and as-built documentation.

Collaborate with project management, engineers, and owners to resolve issues, implement changes, and update schedules.

Monitor project cost and material usage; identify and communicate potential impacts to budget and schedule.

Coordinate inspections and ensure timely resolution of punchlist items to achieve final acceptance.

Mentor and supervise field teams, provide clear direction, and promote continuous improvement in productivity and processes.

Ensure proper site logistics, site security, and equipment/material staging to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on construction experience with at least 3 years in a superintendent or lead foreman role.

Proven experience with tilt-wall panels, ground-up construction, and commercial/industrial/self-storage projects.

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, reading blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.

OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, coordinate multiple subcontractors, and meet project milestones.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with clients, design teams, and field staff.

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project or similar) and basic MS Office skills.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; ability to travel to project sites as required.

Degree or certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field preferred but not required.
