Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments.
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all drinks are prepared in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
