Under the direction of the Senior VP of Operations, this position is responsible for administrative functions that support the HCC Auditors/Coders, and Provider Offices.
- Receive and load incoming Senior Wellness Visit notes into the tracker for the auditors in a timely manner.
- Scan supporting documentation into NextGen that support clinician comments and/or prospective queries.
- Print and distribute summaries for upcoming visits for specific IPA providers.
- Sort interoffice mail sent from clinics.
- Assist with medical record collection for health plan risk adjustment requests.
- Upload supporting documentation to support care gap closure.
Requirements:

- High school diploma/certificate, required.
- Ability to work within multiple different EHRs
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
- Ability to find, gather and collect information or data for providers as needed to retrieve medical records.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to learn how to use other computer software applications in a timely manner as necessary to complete all job duties.
- HCC and Risk Adjustment (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Must have knowledge of and adhere to HIPAA and Health Care compliance regulations.
- Valid CA Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be reasonably between $23.00 and $27.06. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
