Our company is looking for a professional and responsible team or individual to fill a role as On-Site Property Manager in a Mobile Home Park. The Property Managers will have the responsibility of managing operations at the Community. This position provides managers housing accommodations.
Tasks include managing maintenance, collection and processing of rent payments, enforcing leases and securing premises.
Sample Manager Tasks
- Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Handle maintenance of the property including weeding, riding mower, grass whip and garbage collection / pickup
- Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, issuing notices, managing maintenance personnel, managing repairs, and enforcing rules of community
Sample Property Manager skills
- 2+ years' experience in property management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to assist with manual labor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
