Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Schedule: 8:30 am-5 pm
Pay Rate $20.00 per hour.

Position Overview
We are seeking a is seeking an organized and dependable Shipping Clerk to prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments in a fast-paced nutraceutical manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and compliance with cGMP, safety, and warehouse procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare customer orders for shipment
2. Verify products, quantities, lot numbers, and shipping documents
3. Create shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading
4. Coordinate pickups with carriers and drivers
5. Inspect orders for accuracy and damage before shipment
6. Stage, wrap, label, and organize pallets
7. Enter shipment information accurately into the company system
8. Maintain shipping records and inventory documentation
9. Communicate shipment delays or discrepancies to management
10. Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and inspection-ready
11. Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, PPE rules, and safety procedures
12. Assist with loading and other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
1. Previous shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
2. Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic manufacturing is a plus
3. Familiarity with shipping documents and carrier systems preferred
4. Basic computer and data-entry skills
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
8. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
