The Role
We're looking for a warm, dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher to join our classroom team immediately. In this role, you'll work closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for our youngest learners.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Lead Teacher to plan and deliver meaningful, project-based learning experiences
- Observe, document, and track each child's growth and development using classroom technology
- Prepare lesson materials and contribute fresh ideas to the curriculum
- Serve as a caring role model and maintain the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Build strong relationships with families through parent meetings, school events, and community activities
- Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve classroom experiences
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; CDA or Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Familiarity with Reggio Emilia-inspired or project-based learning environments is a strong plus
- Highly professional, dependable, and adaptable
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to early childhood education
