Office Manager — Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to support our daily operations and help keep our team running efficiently. In this key role, you will act as a central point of coordination between sales, accounting, and operations, helping ensure information flows smoothly and priorities stay organized.

Duties
- Support daily office operations and help ensure the business runs efficiently
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, customer information, follow-ups, and internal coordination
- Serve as a bridge between the sales and accounting teams to improve communication and organization
- Maintain accurate records, files, documents, and business information
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Help manage office workflows, schedules, and day-to-day priorities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence
- Keep digital and physical filing systems organized and easy to access
- Assist with data entry and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business software
- Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and general organization
- Support customer service needs by responding professionally and providing timely assistance
- Assist with improving office processes and creating more efficient systems
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, office management, operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Comfortable working with sales, accounting, and operations teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to help wherever needed
