Outside sales representative – Paintless dent repair (888 PDR)

About us
888 PDR is a fast-growing paintless dent repair company operating out of the Metro Nissan campus in Dallas. We fix hail damage, door dings, and dents without repainting — faster and cheaper than a body shop. We're looking for driven, self-starting salespeople who want to control their own income.
What you'll do
- Go door to door in neighborhoods to identify vehicles with hail and dent damage
- Generate your own leads and build your own customer base
- Inspect damage, explain the PDR process, and close repair jobs
- Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline full
- Coordinate with the shop team to get customers scheduled
What we're looking for
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Confident talking to strangers and closing deals
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Sales or canvassing experience a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
