About the Role
No irrigation experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this program is for you. You’ll train alongside experienced technicians to learn system installation, repairs, and seasonal maintenance.
Responsibilities

Assist with installing and repairing sprinklers, controllers, and valves

Support startups, shutdowns, and client updates

Learn irrigation system layouts, electrical troubleshooting, and proper digging techniques

Maintain organized tools and clean work areas

Develop strong safety and quality habits
Qualifications of The Irrigation Tech

No prior irrigation experience required

Background in construction, plumbing, or landscaping helpful

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements of The Irrigation Tech

Lift up to 50 lbs

Work outdoors daily in various weather conditions

Peak season hours may extend to 7 AM–7 PM
