We're looking for a creative and self-motivated intern who wants to grow alongside a mission-driven small business. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship while helping build a brand from the ground up.

What You'll Help With
Every day looks a little different. Projects may include:
Community Building
- Assisting with the Baby Byrd Community Cooperative
- Supporting member communications
- Helping plan seasonal events and workshops
- Organizing volunteer opportunities
- Assisting with community partnerships
Marketing & Content
- Creating Pinterest graphics
- Assisting with blog posts
- Writing newsletters
- Helping schedule social media content
- Photographing products, gardens, and events
- Creating reels and short-form videos
- Conducting SEO and keyword research

Location: Hybrid / On-site (as needed for special occasions)
Schedule: Flexible based on availability
Duration: Semester or seasonal internship
Compensation: Academic credit, free merchandise, entrepreneurial education experiences. As Baby Byrd grows, I would be happy to discuss any additional compensation.
