Caspari is seeking temporary with possibility of going permanent full-time based on attendance and work-ethic during probationary period of 90 days. The warehouse is located in Suffolk Virginia. This position will include picking eCommerce orders, packing and shipping, as well as receiving items and doing physical inventory counts.
Business hours are currently Monday through Friday from 730AM to 4PM and all hours would be worked during this time. There is also potential during peak seasons for overtime which would be given with a 24 hour notice.
This position is currently temporary but could grow into a full-time position if the candidate is a good fit during the probationary period. We prefer someone who is available to start immediately. The pay rate ranges from $16 to $17.50 per hour based on experience.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure orders and items are picked correctly
- Reliable transportation to our Suffolk warehouse
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during business hours
- Ability to be on your feet and moving virtually all of the workday (items are mainly paper goods so no major lifting is required, but the nature of the work will require you to be on your feet and physically active)
