Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our well established local fine dining steakhouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations; hiring, cost management, employee management and menu development. We are seeking an individual who takes great pride in making the menu “their own,” while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate food preparation
- Manage food production and maintain high standards of quality
- Develop and update menu offerings in line with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
