Are you passionate about creating clean, welcoming environments? Join our dedicated hospitality team and help us provide exceptional experiences for both short-term rental guests and residential clients across Central Florida.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our cleaning and hospitality team, your duties will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest homes, vacation rentals, and residential properties
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Making beds, changing linens, and restocking essentials
- Emptying trash and disposing of waste properly
- Replenishing supplies in homes and common areas
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages to management
- Assisting with laundry duties as needed
- Following all cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Performing additional tasks as assigned, including inventory tracking and supply ordering
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Experience in housekeeping, residential cleaning, or hospitality is a plus — but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation (must be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport etc)
- Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining clean environments
- Must be reliable, professional, and a team player
