Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Move products safely using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Meet daily productivity and performance goals
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (8–10 hours)
- Work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
