We are offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! Eligible new hires may receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,500, paid in two installments: $500 after successfully completing 6 months of employment and $1,000 after successfully completing 12 months of employment.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting and serving customers and other warehouse staff with customer requests in a distribution warehouse setting. This role involves loading and unloading products and materials, stocking and/or shelving products, helping with inventory and direct-to-customer supply and customer service. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse, surrounding grounds and yard in a neat and orderly condition.

Provides customer service in the warehouse by assisting customers when they come in.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers or other transport devices; manages the proper storage of items.
- Receive, ship, store, and/or move materials within the warehouse and maintains accurate records.
- Operates forklift safely and keeps the warehouse and grounds clean and orderly.

Prepares trucks for supply delivery and performs additional warehouse or delivery related duties as necessary or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

One year of experience in a warehouse or similar setting.

Forklift certification or the ability to become certified (training provided by employer).

One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel to project sites, or other Tenet locations as needed.
