Overview

In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance while delivering exceptional service to customers. Duties
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including AC units, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, heat pumps, mini splits, etc for residential and commercial properties.
- Install new HVAC equipment following city codes, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems such as ACs, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini splits.
- Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and pictures at service jobs for all work performed.
- Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and energy efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience as a HVAC service technician between 2-5 years.
- Background of knowledge of installing HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design principles.
- Hands-on experience with AC systems, including 410A and R454-B.
- Field service experience working on air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and furnaces/boilers.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers or similar vehicles is advantageous.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
