WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a Project Manager in the Environmental Group at our Endwell, NY office. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 8 years relevant environmental field/ office/project management experience, together with NYS DOL Asbestos Designer, Inspector, Project Monitor & Air Sampling Technician Certifications; and NYS/EPA Lead-Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor Certification. A degree in Environmental Science is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must be technically proficient in asbestos design, building inspections, project monitoring & air sample collection; lead-based paint inspections, indoor air quality evaluations, industrial hygiene investigations, water & hazardous material samplings, and OSHA compliance issues. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
The primary duties associated with this position include:
- Develop, coordinate, and supervise field monitoring staff on a wide range of environmental-related inspections, testing, monitoring, and design projects for private, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Overall project oversight, client coordination, and budget and schedule management.
- Development of project proposals.
- Supervising and assisting with the preparation of field reports, feasibility studies, and design documents.
- Occasionally filling in for/supplementing field staff duties.

WHAT WE OFFER
Hiring Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities along with an internal equity and alignment with market area data.)
