Job Overview
Supreme Legacy Escrow is seeking a professional, motivated, and relationship focused Escrow Account Representative to support the growth of our company within the real estate industry. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, investors, and industry professionals while promoting the services of Supreme Legacy Escrow.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable networking in both professional and social environments. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, consistency, and the ability to represent the company positively in the field and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, lenders, investors, and brokerages
- Attend open houses, broker previews, networking events, and industry functions to promote company services
- Generate new business opportunities and help increase escrow volume through relationship-building efforts
- Conduct consistent follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Represent Supreme Legacy Escrow professionally in person, over the phone, and through social media engagement
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Maintain organized records of leads, referrals, and client communications
- Support a positive client experience throughout the escrow process
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, sales, or business development preferred
- Knowledge of the real estate and escrow industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Self motivated with a professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable networking and engaging with industry professionals
- Reliable transportation for local travel and meetings
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing is a plus
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and will be competitive with commission opportunities.
