Wayside House is seeking a contracted Group Facilitators with Eating Disorder experience for our drug and alcohol treatment facility. The Facilitators role is to provide exceptional group therapy for clients. Preferred licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist Clinical Social Worker, Registered Intern (MH, MFT & SW) but CAC, CAP, or MCAP will be accepted.
Responsibilities:
- Performs group therapy
- Documentation of group notes in a timely fashion.
- Communication regarding client progress to Program Director and Chief Clinical Officer.
- Able to de-escalate crisis situations and AMA Block.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed to practice counseling in Florida and able to maintain current license required
- The minimum requirement is MCAP, CAP, CAC or CEDS.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
