Service Cashier Job Responsibilities
Greet customers in the Service Department and provide friendly, efficient support
Process service payments accurately, including cash, card, and warranty transactions
Close repair orders and maintain organized payment and invoice records
Assist with answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and directing customer inquiries
Support Service Advisors and Technicians with light administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain a clean, professional cashier and customer waiting area
Contribute to smooth day-to-day service operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience with every visit

Service Cashier Qualifications
Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and paperwork
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and familiarity with office systems
Ability to learn dealership software and follow established processes
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
