Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Assistant to support pharmacy inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM PST
Additional Hours: Potential overtime and Saturday shifts may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily pharmacy inventory and warehouse duties.
- Receive incoming inventory and ensure accurate product receipt.
- Maintain proper storage of prescription drugs, supplies, and other pharmacy products.
- Ensure appropriate refrigeration and handling of perishable products.
- Monitor prescription drug inventory using the pharmacy computer system.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy resolution.
- Complete daily box preparation and order-processing activities.
- Create, correct, and print shipping labels as needed.
- Transport completed packages to designated shipping, mail, and courier areas.
- Fill dispensing units and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Monitor, adjust, and calibrate pharmacy equipment as required.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow established pharmacy, inventory, and safety procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse and pharmacy support responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED OR at least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License and registration OR the ability to obtain required licensure prior to hire.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately follow inventory, shipping, and pharmacy procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or pharmacy experience.
- Experience working with computerized inventory systems.
- Strong attention to accuracy when handling inventory and preparing shipments.
- Dependable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
