What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:

Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to inform system design and configuration

Coordinating implementation activities across technical and business teams to keep projects on track

Configuring and testing enterprise systems such as SAP and other ERP platforms

Documenting business processes and system changes for end-user training and support
-
Engaging stakeholders throughout implementation to address concerns and drive adoption

Supporting training delivery and change management activities to help teams transition to new systems

Maintaining clear communication with project leadership on progress, risks and milestones
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:

2–5 years of experience in systems implementation, business analysis or related change management roles

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, ideally with SAP Certified Professional credentials or equivalent

Strong requirements analysis and process mapping capabilities

Experience working with Jira or similar project management and tracking tools

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field
