Got Rack is hiring an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support day-to-day operations. This role helps oversee staff, inventory flow, and scheduling for a high-volume racking and storage facility.
Requirements:
5–7 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving

Familiarity with heavy material handling (steel racking, pallet systems)

Strong organizational skills with ability to support cycle counts and audits

Team-focused, able to assist in training and supervising staff

Hands-on approach to resolving workflow issues and maintaining safety standards

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Forklifts and warehouse machinery

Compliance with warehouse safety procedures
