We are a growing private practice seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our team on a part-time basis (10/ 15 clients per week minimum). This position offers a hybrid schedule with flexible hours, including at least 10 in-person hours per week with one evening in our Branford, CT office.
We are currently seeking a therapist to provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Experience and willingness to work with children are required for this position. The role requires in-person clinical appointments, including one evening per week (excluding Tuesdays).

Compensation:
$55- $60 per client
Responsibilities:-
Conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments

Developing individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives

Offer community resources or specialists when needed

Providing crisis intervention as needed

Collaborating with APRNs when appropriate

Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation

Following up with patients as clinically indicated

Ability to commute to Branford, CT
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

Pre-licensed clinicians (LMSW, MFT's, PC's) will be considered; however, clinical supervision is not provided (supervision is limited to note sign-off only. Outside supervision required if license requires it)
