Job Summary

Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met on time.
- Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking tools and adjust plans proactively to address delays or issues.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Coordinates meetings and oversee construction protocols.
- Manage procurement processes for accurate estimating and resource planning.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones; communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with contractual obligations.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in project coordination on heavy civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools and other construction management software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Hands-on experience managing construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of contracts, subcontractor coordination, and legal aspects of construction projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
