KPG Home Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing clinical team. We are a Medicare-certified, CHAP-accredited home health agency committed to delivering exceptional care that helps patients remain safe and independent in their homes.
As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, improve patient function, and enhance quality of life while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of home health.

What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, safety awareness, and independence.
- Accurately document patient visits and progress in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
- Communicate patient status and progress with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
- Maintain compliance with all Medicare, state, and agency regulations.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
