Class A drivers will operate tank trailers, vacuum tank trailers, dry van trailers for the pickup and transportation of non-hazardous wastes (typically bulk liquids, drums and totes). Drivers will typically be dispatched from the yard and return to the same location at end of day. Some overnight travel may be required but it is minimal.

Operate Class A vehicles to and from customer and disposal sites, safely and in full compliance with all DOT regulations

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance

Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and trip documentation

Fill out and maintain non-hazardous manifests and secure signatures and customer and disposal sites as required

Maintain and operate equipment in a professional manner

Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times

Drivers must be able to work independently and without direct supervision

Valid Class A CDL with no restriction

Acceptable driving record

Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company and customer site requirements

Valid tanker endorsement prior to start date

Minimum of 5 years verifiable Class A driving experience

Be able to obtain a TWIC card if required

Be physically able to load and unload trucks

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as needed
