Summit Design + Build is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Seagrove Beach, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality project in a scenic coastal community, while contributing to our continued success in multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects proceed according to schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials and equipment, and enforce job site safety and quality control.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage schedules, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
- Engage in project meetings and communication with the project team, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining professional standards and company representation.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of construction supervision with a minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- In-depth knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and familiarity with construction management software like Procore.
- A high school diploma is required; additional education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.

Salary Range:
$100k - $145k per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
