Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Director of Purchasing at the Music City Center located in Nashville, TN.
You will lead critical supply management and procurement initiatives that drive operational excellence and commercial success. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic sourcing, system implementations, and program activation efforts while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver measurable business impact.
- Serve as the primary business liaison and lead for system implementations, technology initiatives, and process improvements across supply chain, procurement, and supply management functions.

Design, implement, and oversee category strategies and procurement plans to optimize commercial performance, maximize margin, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Manage complex projects and programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet budgets, timelines, and performance goals.

Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers and partners to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable product availability.

Provide leadership, supervision, and development of teams, fostering collaboration across purchasing, merchandising, and operations groups.

Utilize data analysis, strategic sourcing, and change management techniques to improve supply chain processes, activate business initiatives, and drive measurable growth results.

Expertise in building and maintaining strategic relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive collaborative success.
