Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Manage landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement effective solutions.
- Train and mentor team members in proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project milestones for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related construction fields.
- Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, tree care, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
- Hands-on experience with landscaping equipment and tools used in construction and maintenance tasks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to landscape construction and maintenance activities.
