About the Role
ZAAF is seeking an entrepreneurial E-commerce Growth Manager to own and grow our Shopify business. Your mission is to help increase online sales by improving the customer experience, driving traffic, and increasing conversions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website
- Improve site usability, navigation, and conversion rates
- Update products, collections, and promotions
- Execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
- Manage email and digital marketing campaigns
- Create landing pages and optimize product content
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements
- Drive revenue through continuous testing and optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Shopify e-commerce experience
- Strong SEO and digital marketing skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and email marketing (Klaviyo preferred)
- Excellent copywriting and merchandising skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Experience growing a Shopify store from under $100K to $500K+ annually
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Jewelry, Bags, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience

- Improve customer experience and email revenue
- Grow annual online revenue
- Increase website conversion rate
- Increase organic search traffic

This role is designed for someone who wants to share in the success they create.
- Base salary
- Revenue share tied to online sales growth and achievement of agreed revenue goals
Pay: $30,283.97 - $56,944.14 per year
