Host / Busser
About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Host/Busser to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant—welcoming guests, managing seating, and keeping the dining area clean and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, manage floor seating efficiently, and accurately estimate wait times.
- Table Reset & Cleanliness: Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a fast table turnover and a spotlessly clean dining room.
- Team Coordination: Communicate smoothly with servers and kitchen staff to keep service flowing seamlessly.
- Problem Solving: Handle basic guest inquiries and manage sudden busy rushes with a cool head and good judgment.
Requirements:
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and basic common sense under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior restaurant or POS experience is a plus, but willingness to learn and execute is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.16 - $20.00 per hour
