HOPVINE BREWING COMPANY IN AURORA, IL IS HIRING!! We’re looking for friendly, outgoing servers with bartending knowledge and a positive attitude to join our team! Candidates must maintain high standards for food, beverages, and customer service. Part-time positions are available with flexible hours during the week. All candidates must be available for weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences
- Answer questions and make recommendations
- Take and serve guests' food and drink orders
- Stay guest focused to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Maintain Hopvine's procedures and standards to comply with food and beverage regulations
- Perform various side work and closing duties
Skills
- Positive and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills
- Attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Food Handlers and BASSET certificates required
- Desire to continue learning about craft beer at Hopvine Brewing Co.
- Bartending experience helpful
- Banquet experience helpful
