The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and basic vehicle services on customer vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring vehicle safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction through high-quality preventative maintenance services.
Stellantis (Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, Jeep) experience is preferred but not required. This is an excellent entry-level or early-career opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a dealership service department.

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks

Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report additional service needs

Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and wear

Check and top off vehicle fluids as needed

Perform multi-point inspections following dealership and manufacturer guidelines

Maintain accurate documentation of services performed

Communicate findings to service advisors or technicians as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures

Assist technicians and service team members as needed

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous automotive or quick lube experience preferred but not required
