Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Operate grill and cooking stations, maintaining high levels of safety and cleanliness.

Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and ready for service.

Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.

Collaborate with the culinary team to manage food orders efficiently.

Maintain a clean work station and help with kitchen clean-up at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar role is advantageous.
