Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate high-volume, complex interview scheduling, including virtual meetings and candidate travel
- Manage candidate communication and maintain accurate information in Workday
- Prepare and send employment offers and recruiting documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Create job postings and support recruiting events, including virtual and in-person career fairs
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, or talent acquisition support
- Workday experience is required
- Healthcare, behavioral health, or mental health recruiting experience is strongly preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, customer-focused personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who is eager to learn, asks questions, and takes initiative
