E-logic is seeking a senior-level Deployment Operations Specialist II to drive strategic coordination, senior command briefing, and data validation for the III Armored Corps at Fort Hood, Texas.
This role expands upon core TPFDD execution by acting as an alternate point of contact for the III Corps staff, enforcing command directives, delivering senior leader briefings, training personnel, and representing the Corps' equities at joint force-flow planning conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with various Combatant Commands (COCOMs), HQDA, supporting commanders, and external agencies to validate the deployment of forces. Strategically identify and manage instances where TPFDD data requires validation unlocks or adjustments.
- Deliver clear, concise briefings to senior command officers and MACOM staff principals on complex JOPES data, TPFDD statuses, and effective deployment planning practices.
- Analyze deployment orders, Global Force Management Allocation Plans (GFMAP), and resource taskings to help adapt, modify, and implement OPLANS, FRAGOs, OPORDs, and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documents.
- Attend external force-flow planning conferences (anticipating 3-5 trips) to technically represent III Corps equities and resolve system/procedural constraints with higher headquarters.
- Act as the alternate trainer for incoming military/civilian personnel learning JOPES. Author and update the standard functional continuity book and Strategic Movements Branch Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Execute advanced operations in systems like COMPASS (maintaining capacity to move Compass PEG files) alongside JOPES, JCRM, GATES, STO, SMS, IGC, and ISDDC.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Extensive, in-depth knowledge of the TPFDD database structure, JOPES processes, and automated information exchanges.
- Mastery across advanced systems: COMPASS, JCRM, GATES, STO, SMS, IGC, ISDDC, and Global Force Management (GFM) tools.
- Demonstrated capability to exercise originality and resourcefulness when resolving data gaps or conflicting military user requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills suitable for interfacing with high-level military/civilian agency representatives.
