What You’ll Own

Reimagine workflows using automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and scalability

Oversee third-party providers, ensuring accountability, performance consistency, and timely issue resolution

Contribute to fund lifecycle activities, including launches and ongoing operational support

Guide review of valuation outputs, addressing anomalies and ensuring quality control standards

Develop meaningful insights through data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Background & Experience of Fund Administration Manager

5+years of experience supporting fund operations or administration within the investment/financial services industry

Familiarity with registered investment products, including ETFs or mutual funds

Exposure to process improvement, reporting tools, or automation initiatives
-
Leadership experience
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000
