Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Project Manager to oversee projects, coordinate engineers, review drawings, and communicate with clients.
We are looking for someone organized and proactive who can improve project workflows, keep deliverables on schedule, and help projects move efficiently from assignment through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage structural engineering projects and schedules
- Coordinate engineers and project deliverables
- Review and backcheck structural drawings
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress
- Follow up on outstanding work and help resolve delays
- Improve project-management systems and workflows
- Participate in occasional site visits
- Help develop and organize the company’s detail library
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of structural engineering experience
- Experience managing projects and reviewing structural drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable overseeing engineers and working directly with clients
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through
Position Details
This position begins primarily in person, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule based on the systems and workflows successfully established by the Project Manager.
