We specialize in professional landscape maintenance, property cleanups, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior property services. Responsibilities
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, pruning, mulching, and general landscape maintenance.
- Maintain apartment communities, commercial properties, and residential properties to Homepoint quality standards.
- Assist with landscape installations, property cleanups, vegetation removal, and seasonal projects.
- Help load, unload, clean, and maintain company equipment and trailers.
- Follow safety procedures while working around people, vehicles, and buildings.
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.
- Represent Homepoint Property Group professionally with every customer.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Experience in landscaping is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour
