Nile Women's Health Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and patient-centered Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with 4+ years of clinical experience to join our collaborative, physician-supported women's healthcare team.

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a confident midwife who enjoys practicing independently while collaborating closely with physicians and fellow providers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of Certified Nurse Midwife experience
- Experience managing full-scope obstetric care
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
- Commitment to patient education and continuity of care
- Desire to contribute to a collaborative, positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license
- Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) Certification (required for hospital credentialing)
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Eligible for medical staff credentialing
- Minimum 4 years of practicing experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife preferred

Compensation
Base Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience
Additional earning opportunities include:
