Duties
- Assist with locating and pulling lumber orders based on customer or production requests.
- Help organize and stage materials for shipment or further processing.
- Support receiving activities by helping inspect and sort incoming lumber.
- Stack, bundle, and prepare lumber for outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas for safe and efficient material access.
- Work closely with team members to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time.
- Assist with basic inventory checks and help track material movement.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures in the mill and yard.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a lumber yard, warehouse, or labor-intensive environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately locate and prepare orders.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying materials.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Commitment to safety practices in an industrial setting.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
