We’re currently hiring for a team member role at Cat’s Critters with opportunities to move up to a Shift Leader in the future.
Starting pay is $9-$10/hour, with about 25–35 hours per week. Availability on weekdays during the day is required. Typical shifts are 9:30–5, 12–7, and Sundays 11–6.
Reliable transportation to work is required.
Must be 16 y/o or older.
Must be comfortable with insects, reptiles, mammals, birds, and feeding live feeder bugs and rodents to other animals. This is a part of the job of working with carnivores!
This is a hands-on job with a lot of cleaning, animal care, and being on your feet helping customers throughout the day. It’s fast-paced and a lot of work, but really rewarding if you enjoy animals and staying busy. We value loyalty, attention to detail, and hard work! You will learn A LOT about animals and gain real hands-on experience with all kinds of pets from snakes to skunks!
