Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (primary focus)
- Download and match GL data with bank statements using Excel
- Reconcile Bill.com transactions with system data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across multiple systems
- Maintain accurate financial records through manual reconciliation processes
Qualifications for the Accountant:
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables required)
- Proven experience with bank reconciliations
- Familiarity working in manual or legacy accounting systems
- Experience with AP/payment platforms like Bill.com is preferred
