Responsibilities
- Greet guest when they enter the store
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Stay up to date on new inventory
- Build lasting bonds with guest to get your name out there and bring in business
- Use your people skills to network inside and outside of the store
- Team up with co-workers to guarantee great customer service
- Get creative and suggest ways to improve sales
Skills
- Exceptional attitude and confidence
- Proven work experience in Customer Service
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evening hours and weekends a MUST
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
