Denver Bathtub Refinishing / WOW Resurfacing Is Hiring!
We are a local, family-owned and operated resurfacing company looking for an experienced technician to join our team.
We take pride in the reputation we have built throughout the Denver area and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, and treating customers and properties with care.
This position is specifically for an experienced resurfacing technician. Applicants must have at least one year of professional, hands-on experience resurfacing bathtubs, tile, showers, and countertops.
Previous experience working for companies such as Get A Grip Resurfacing, Miracle Method, Surface Specialists, or another professional resurfacing company is strongly preferred.
This is not an entry-level training position. You should already understand the resurfacing process and be comfortable completing jobs independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will travel to apartment communities, residential properties, and other customer locations throughout the Denver metro area to repair, restore, and refinish:
- Bathtubs
- Tub and tile surrounds
- Showers
- Tile surfaces
- Countertops
- Other residential and commercial surfaces
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning, stripping, sanding, repairing, and preparing surfaces
- Masking and protecting surrounding areas
- Mixing and spraying professional resurfacing coatings
- Completing spot repairs and full resurfacing projects
- Removing old paint layers and correcting failed finishes when necessary
- Following our established preparation, application, and cleanup process
- Identifying surface damage and determining the appropriate repair method
- Traveling to multiple job sites throughout the day
- Completing work independently and on schedule
- Leaving each job site clean and delivering a high-quality finished product
Required Experience
Applicants must have:
✔ A minimum of one year of professional resurfacing or refinishing experience
✔ Previous experience resurfacing bathtubs and tile and countertops
✔ Experience using professional spray equipment and resurfacing products
✔ Knowledge of surface preparation, masking, sanding, repairing, spraying, and finishing
✔ The ability to complete resurfacing jobs independently
✔ Experience identifying and correcting common adhesion, coating, preparation, and finish-quality issues
Technicians who have previously worked for Get A Grip Resurfacing, Miracle Method, Surface Specialists, or another established resurfacing company are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
✔ Must have a reliable vehicle to use for work
✔ Must have a valid driver’s license
✔ Must pass a background check
✔ Must be comfortable traveling throughout the Denver metro area
✔ Must be able to wear required protective equipment, including a properly fitted respirator
✔ Must be able to perform physical, hands-on work, including bending, kneeling, sanding, masking, lifting equipment, and working in bathrooms and occupied units
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay: $30 per hour
- Minimum of one year of professional resurfacing experience required
- Compensation may increase based on experience, quality, efficiency, and demonstrated ability
