Radiology Patient Care Specialist (FULLY REMOTE)
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Job description:
This position will involve scheduling radiology appointments for large hospital networks during our day shift in a remote call center setting. Our company provides telephone answering/screening services to physicians and medical facilities across the United States.

ALL SHIFTS ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST)
The shift(s) we are currently hiring for:
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Candidates must have a pleasant speaking voice, professional mannerisms, good computer skills, reliable internet, a quiet dedicated space to work from and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Radiology experience, either hands-on or clerical, required to apply.
Minimum typing of 30 wpm is required and will be tested.
Candidates must also have the following minimum internet requirements:
Internet: Ethernet connection (hardwire internet)
- Ping < 15
- Download > 50 mbps
- Upload > 10 mbps

Responsibilities
- Manage call volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Follow communication prompts
- Identify callers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Entry Level: $17.50/hr (with advancement opportunities) AND a monthly bonus program.
