NW Industrial Staffing is actively recruiting skilled TIG Welders for a premier, family-owned maintenance and installation services provider. This full-time position is ideal for road warriors who value high-quality craftsmanship and want the stability of a tight-knit company. You will travel to diverse production facilities across the beautiful Pacific Northwest to install, repair, and maintain food-grade and stainless-steel machinery. Because the work is concentrated within the region, you will enjoy plenty of opportunities to be home between projects.
What we are seeking:
- 4+ Years of TIG Welding
- Preference in production facilities in an install or repair capacity, such as millwright or industrial maintenance.
- Current or previous certifications for 6G welding by AWS for pipe welding.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols to plan layouts and schedule timelines for repair or installation.
- Experience in pipe fitting skills and strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting issues and servicing equipment.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest to various locations and sites until jobs are completed.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and stand, stoop, bend, push, pull, walk, and crawl for a 10- to 12-hour shift.
- Great teamwork skills as you join a dedicated crew of millwrights, ironworkers, and fabricators to complete projects efficiently and with expediency.
- A safety-first mindset in all matters from rigging to welding.
- Previous OSHA 10 completion is preferred

- Pay: $28/h to $35/h (DOE) & Depending on Weld Test
- Per Diem: $140 for distances over 75 miles from the shop.
