Responsibilities

Perform final inspections on aerospace and gas turbine components

Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, travelers, and engineering drawings

Verify product conformance using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, and borescopes

Interpret GD&T requirements and inspection criteria

Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately

Process and document non-conforming materials as required

Update control charts, travelers, and ERP records

Ensure compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap quality standards

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve quality concerns
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Minimum 2 years of final inspection experience in aerospace, gas turbine, or precision manufacturing environments

Experience using precision measuring instruments

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of GD&T preferred

Experience working within ISO 9001, AS9100, or Nadcap quality systems is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
