About the Role:
As a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA, you will join our passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- LBA-NC certification required
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
